Go To Your Community

Acts 1:8… you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea,

Start in your own circle of family friends and associates!

Speak The Word Of The Lord

2 Timothy 4:2-3… Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;

Hebrews 4:12… the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

2 Timothy 3:16-17…All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Receive and share the uncensored Word of God…

Matthew 10:7-8… as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: You have received freely, give freely.

Make your ear a door to the heart… 8 times in the book of Revelation we read…If any man has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

Acts 13:7… Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; … called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.

Acts 13:44… And the next Sabbath day almost the whole city came together to hear the word of God.

Four: Steward Leaders Understand Responsibility

Ezekiel 3:17-19… “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me: When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. Yet, if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

Steward Leaders are watchmen by divine appointment…

Son of man, I have made you a watchman…

Mark 13:35…Watch therefore: for you do not know when themaster of the house returns,

Steward Leaders hear the Word of God and sound the warning

Joel 2:1 ... Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the Lord is coming, For it is at hand:

Steward Leaders Know they are accountable to warn the lost

“I will require his blood at your hands.”

Steward Leaders deliver their own soul by being faithful to the Gospel

Yet if you warn the wicked, … you have delivered your soul.

Five: Steward Leaders Have A Divine Promise

Ezekiel 3:22a) " And The Hand Of The Lord Was There Upon Me..."

Deuteronomy 5:15… remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and [that] the LORD your God brought you out from there through a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm:

2 Chronicles 32:7-8…Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that [is] with him: for [there is] more with us than with him: 8 With him [is] an arm of flesh; but with us [is] the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles.

Isaiah 52:8-10… Your watchmen shall lift up the voice; … together they shall sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall return to Zion. 9 Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem. 10 The LORD has made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

Shout… Rejoice… Sing together… Agree… Comfort one another… the Lord of Glory has rolled up His sleeves to fight for you!
